So convenient, to have one of the top bakeries in Paris located between my apartment and my Metro stop. Today's catch was a pain aux cereales, just packed with seeds, and so crusty! Oddly enough, the loaf didn't quite make it home intact.
Thanks to my generous friend Sylvie, I have my very own apartment in Paris for, yes, 25 days. I have no plans or agenda, other than (1) trying to become less self-conscious about speaking French, and (2) visiting the city's marchés, patîsseries, boulangeries, cafés, confiseries, fromageries, restaurants...
